Order cancled by seller and it is marked cancled by buyer i didnt and i cant now give fair feedback . The seller has done this twice now leaving me waiting for parts they knwe theu wernt sending

Mentor1 month agoThe seller selected that reason because it does not affect their seller performance.
All you can do , if you wish, is to contact Customer Services and explain you did not authorise any cancellation and were very disappointed not to receive your item. You will not see any action, if any, is taken by CS, but they may well place a damaging defect on the seller's account, for disappointing their buyer.
Contacting eBay Customer Services is not easy nowadays to get a live agent , but some have had success using the app, otherwise keep typing in ' I wish to speak to an agent' and this too can work.
Use this link to contact CS, if you can try at 8 a.m. on a weekday morning also more chance there for Dublin to answer.
