Order cancelled
I purchased an item after receiving an offer and my order was cancelled, I got a message from seller saying they never sent that offer and that was it now they won’t reply to me and I’m stuck in a cycle with the help section as it’s in middle of refund so just takes me back to the order page. Is that anyway I can contact eBay and is the seller even allowed to cancel for that reason

Mentor6 days agoSellers can choose to cancel from a number of drop box options. If you are getting a refund ebay will consider that the end of the matter.
