Order cancelled
Hi, I bought an item through bidding on a live auction but the seller said he will cancel my order as he wasn’t happy with how cheap i got it. The next day he changed the order status to “shipped “ and eneb provided a tracking number, today he cancelled the order with the reason “issue with the customer address “ . Is this allowed? Anything i can do about it? Tia

Mentor3 months agoDid you pay, if so cancellation in any way makes a refund.
You could report seller for using an incorrect reason for cancellation. You should now leave negative feedback and low star ratings. Just say “ seller would not honour the sale”

Mentor3 months agoYou can report them to ebay as a non-performing seller but they won't do much as a refund has been issued. They cannot force them to sell to you.
