Order cancellation
I inadvertently refused a cancellation request and the buyer is now unable to have the money returned and I cannot now agree to the cancellation. What can be done.

I inadvertently refused a cancellation request and the buyer is now unable to have the money returned and I cannot now agree to the cancellation. What can be done.

Mentor3 weeks agoYou can't cancel now but you should still be able to issue a refund via the dropdown menu arrow for the item on your orders list. If not the buyer can open a "not received" case after the estimated delivery date to get a refund via ebay.
