Hello everyone, hopefully someone here can help me.
I've sold an item on ebay but I've not had an email come through saying I've sold an item, nor a notification from the app like I normally do. I have the option to get a prepaid label but when I go to check the order, I can't see a username or any other information on the order (e.g. order number, selling fees, things like that). Can anyone tell me why this has happened as I don't want to send it out and up losing money and the item.

Mentor2 months agoAre you able to check on a PC or laptop? The app can be a bit glitchy or there may be a delay. If it's only just sold it might take a while for the system to update.

OP2 months agoI was on my laptop when I saw that I sold something. I checked my emails and I sold the item about 12 days ago - exact same postcode and it was delivered a couple of days later. I think it might be a glitch.

OP2 months agoI did and I think it is a glitch. I checked the prepaid label page and it said dispatch by the 12th of May.
