Hi, i have got a return request for not sending the bill but the product has a slip from the company for authentication which the customer is satisfied with. I didnt send the recipt due to privacy reason. Please help out. Thank you

MentorAug 18, 2026 at 7:59 AMYou didn't send everything in the photo, so the buyer has a legitimate claim. You need to provide a return label and accept the item back.
