Open refund
I have an open refund where the buyer has returned the item to me but the tracking hasn’t update so they haven’t received their monies. It’s still showing that they have till 9th October to send it. I can offer a refund another way but what happens to the open refund

Mentor1 week agoA separate refund may not automatically close the return but you can close it yourself manually.

OP1 week agoSo at present the money is on hold in the open return is that the monies that will go back to them if I refund another way? Worried about getting charged twice here

Mentor1 week agoebay will take the refund from your balance or payment source but you will keep the buyer's payment when it clears. That's always the way they do it.
