Only recieved an empty box
I placed an order for a CO2 monoitor and only recieved an box containing 2 fixing screws. I imediatly contacted the seller and the seller sent an instant reply 3 weeks ago saying; "Dear Customer,I hope this message finds you well. Please don’t worry — there is no need for concern. I am arranging for a replacement to be sent to you promptly.Thank you for your patience and understanding." Then nothing. I've messaged the seller for an update 3 times over the past 3 weeks and get no reply. However, it looks like ebay will not intervein on their automated system and I can not figure out how to contact ebay as the item is listed as recieved (the empty box). Any advise? I guess I just have to right off my money and try and order the product again from a, hopefully, more reputable seller?

You only have 30 days from delivery to open an official 'Item not as described' case below --- follow the instructions carefully and escalate to eBay on day 4 for their assistance in obtaining a refund >
