Only received fraction of payout, and ebay tells me its not on hold.
Hi, I recently sold an item worth £70, I sent a partial refund of £14 because I sent it off abit late and felt bad.
Ebay had only given me £19. It says in payments that NO fees were charged or anything, yet I've only received a small fraction of my money.
Can anyone help please.

Mentor10 months agoSurely if you have looked at Payments All Transactions, that explains it all, it is like a bank statement, so the balance reflects money in and money out, with correct balance.
