Hi, returned an iPhone that was not as described for £635. I have only received £330. Why have I not received a full amount?

Was this returned via an eBay return?

Mentor3 weeks agoDid you open a not as described case? If so did seller supply a return label.?
If you just returned without opening a proper case then seller is not forced to refund in full.
