Only received 1 of the 2 items I paid for but both state delivered
I won 2 separate auction's from the same seller and paid the combined postage cost. I received the package today but only 1 of the items were included in the package, however both are showing delivered on eBay as it was a combined postage with the same tracking number.
I took a video unpacking which shows only 1 item being in the package.
I have messaged the seller but not yet had a reply, what to do as this has never happend to me before.

·5 months agoYou will have to open a return case.
use the reason nearest to 'items missing/incomplete'.
The seller will then be able to offer a partial refund for the missing item, or they could provide a label, ask you to return what you did receive, and refund all your money when they get back from you what you did receive.

It was sent through Royal mail but there is no package weight on the label, the weight of the package would also be proof I didn't receive both items.
As long as I'm refunded for the item that wasn't sent it's fine, obviously the item that did arrive I would like to keep.

·5 months agoThe seller will decide what happens after you open the case.
You can put in the notes you would like to keep the item you did receive and be compensated for the missing item.
