Only received 1 of the 2 items I paid for but both state delivered | Member To Member Support

I won 2 separate auction's from the same seller and paid the combined postage cost. I received the package today but only 1 of the items were included in the package, however both are showing delivered on eBay as it was a combined postage with the same tracking number. I took a video unpacking which shows only 1 item being in the package. I have messaged the seller but not yet had a reply, what to do as this has never happend to me before.
