only half refund offered for item not as described
I bought two games, new, and the contents were not for the games I ordered. Seller doesn't want me to return them and will only offer a half refund. Tried the help section but it was not helpful!!

·6 months agoIt is not up to the seller how this goes. Open a return case if you haven't done so already. If the seller offers a partial refund, refuse it.
The seller can then either refund you without returning the items, or they will have to provide a label, accept the games back, and then refund you in full. Use the Money Back Guarantee and ask Ebay to step in if the seller is unhelpful.
