One damaged item in a bundle

I received my parcel and one of the items was damaged I'm happy with everything else in the bundle so don't want to return everything but one item had been left with batteries in and they have exploded and now the item is unsalvageable how do I get a parcel refund without returning everything? Thanks

A partial refund can only be agreed between you and the seller, it cannot be enforced.

Message them, see what they say, they may agree to part refund. If they do, make sure they do not take their time over it, as you have 30 days from the item's last estimated date for delivery to open a claim for a Full refund.

Don't allow them to use excuses and promises if they agree to a partial, to run you our of time for a full refund, some do this!

You can contact seller and explain, they may be willing to give a part refund. Or they can ask you to open item not as described case, they supply returns label. You return all items for full refund.
