On holiday, can’t ship in time alloted

I have just sold an item, which was on auto re-list and will be one day late shipping. I have messaged the buyer, but have no response.What are the implications?

You label will have a validity of usually 7-10 days from being issued, so that will be fine, however you will probably get a late dispatch defect, if sent after the allocated date.

Would strongly suggest in future putting your settings on time away, so that this cannot happen again.

For a seller with low numbers of sales, getting a defect can be damaging to your selling. Never go away with active listings, there is the ability to put on record that you are away.

One day late means the label should still be valid. Whether you get a late dispatch defect is impossible to predict. Turn off auto relists.
