On Hold - Bank Account details
Ebay would deem it suitable to withhold funds from sales into my eBay account without receiving personal bank account details. This notification was received by me long after I had posted the item for sale, as I would have absolutely no intention of offering those details, it seems ebay have arranged a 'legal' contract with someone to purchase my item without sufficient ability to fulfil it.

OP1 week agoThe most recent time I had used it, albeit a few years back, the funds went into Paypal. There is however on purchase of an item the possibility to pay with 'eBay funds', funds that are kept until a 'withdrawal'.

Mentor1 week agoThat is the way sellers are paid on eBay by providing details of their bank account and when a payout is made, the seller can withdraw available funds into that bank account. It's also used to make refunds, if necessary, if there are no available funds present.
It's essential to register for eBay's Managed Payments as the link below shows, or you will not be paid for any sold items.
