I am afraid that the "eBay money back guarantee" applies for only 30 days from purchase. EBay will not help further. EBay is not like buying from a shop on the high street where there is a physical address to which you can send things.
You mention a "2 year guarantee" and for that you will need to contact the seller directly. This may prove difficult and - indeed - impossible if the seller is not in the UK. If the seller does not help there are - practically - few ways that you can get money back or a replacement. @kurpi-uk2013

Mentor6 months agoEbay MBG is only for 30 days,beyond that time they won't help.
Your payment provider may help up to 120 days.
If UK business seller and they won't resolve, contact citizens advice.
