I have NOT offered any out of ebay policy conditions.

I have NOT offered to buy or sell out side of ebay.

I CANNOT get any sense from ebay as to where the violation is, bearing in mind the listing has been on for over 2 months.

Did you include a third party link, perhaps to the manufacturers website or a YouTube vid?
