Offered a discount that wasn't honoured
Trying to get my money refunded buy a seller that offered a discount 30% but charged full price. I cancelled the order immediately..

Mentor1 week agoIt's always best to check the item price when you're at eBay checkout, then you can make any enquiries before paying if the price isn't correct.

Assuming seller knows what they are doing, and not just do not know what to do next, you have two options.
Wait until after expected arrival date and open a NOT RECEIVED CASE to get refund.
Or on arrival of purchase open a not as described case to return for a refund. Seller then has to supply a reply paid label to return item for full refund.
At that point seller might decide it is cheaper just to refund 30%.
Whatever happens do not close case on promises, unless satisfied, as cases cannot be reopened.
