Mentor6 months agoSellers can specify other countries or regions of the UK to which they do not deliver. Within the UK, these are likely to be the Scottish Highlands and Islands and similar more remote areas.
You can try messaging the seller to ask whether they will add you to their exceptions list, to enable you to bid for this item.
However, you may find that they have also blocked messages from buyers registered in the regions concerned. (This means basically that no means no, and they don't make exceptions.)
