Offer refused
A buyer sent me an offer but received a reply saying I had declined. I had not. I asked him to try again, same result. I the asked him to make a slightly higher offer but that too was declined. Any ideas? I've not found anything helpful within the Help section. Thanks.

Mentor3 months agoAs said by peaseblossom, your settings could be the cause, but sometimes it is down to the confusion caused by the “buyer protection fee” affecting the amount of the offer.

Mentor3 months agoBuyers can only make 3 offers.
Best to end item & relist at agreed price, inform buyer of this, so they can buy before anyone else.

Mentor3 months agoClick on Revise Item, top left of the actual listing, and see if you have a minimum offer set. You could also put their ID on your exemption list to lift any blocks:
