Offer accepted but I'm putting my listings in holiday mode

Good morning 😊

I am going to put my listings on holiday mode later today but I accepted an offer on an item yesterday and the buyer hasn't paid yet. Does anyone know what will happen to the accepted offer? Will the buyer still be able to pay and will I still be obliged to post the item if they do?

There's nothing to stop them paying. If they haven't done so before you leave you should probably cancel the trsansaction unless a friend can check it and send the item for you.

Thank you. If I end my listings rather than putting them in holiday mode, do you think they'll still be able to pay then? I'll be able to post it if they pay as I'm not going away, I just wanted to not think about Ebay for a couple of weeks.

If you accepted the offer it's a done deal. Is it on your sold list? If it's pending the buyer still has four days to pay unless it's cancelled sooner.
