Mentor5 months agoYou may have a minimum offer accepted option selected on the item.
Check that first remove it if you wish, to contact the buyer go back to the eBay message with the offer, the buyer's ID should be highlighted, click on that on the right you will see Contact Member.
Ask them if they wish to buy your item to send in the offer again and you will accept.
Alternatively, you can change the price of the BIN price to the offer price for the buyer to buy it straight away.

Make sure when you message the buyer to send the offer again , this means send it through the offer on your listing!
Ensure it's not read in any other way, and that this is Not an off eBay sale !
