Offenive buyer

Question

I received an email today from a buyer who accused me of being dishonest on ebay.

I had made an error in the size of the dress i had sold for £8.

I made a full refund,an apology and said there was no need to return the item

I asked for an apology for the word dishonest.I think it is defamatory.

I have heard nothing.What would you do?It has really upset me

You can report the message to ebay via the three dots, top right of it. But it's obviously not true. If you were dishonest you would have resisted refunding their money.
