I have collected my order (from a collection point - shop) yet my summary and order status says otherwise.Royal Mail tracking clearly shows that it been delivered.Attempting to contact ebay just drives me insane. It just goes round and round, since I have the word "recieved" it assumes I have a "not delivered" problem.I just to email a human!What do you guys suggest?

Ebay do not care, they only get involved if a case is opened, which is unlikely if both buyer and seller are satisfied.
