We don't have a direct number or link to ebay these days. You have to click on help at top of a page, select subject and then type in "speak to agent". Repeat until you get through. Or if you outline your problem again on this board someone may be able help.

Failing that, I’ve found that the best route to contact eBay Customer Services is via the link below (if you’re using desktop you’ll need to go round the houses with AI and start a chat then keep typing ‘agent’ until you get the option to live chat with a CS rep or to have a call back):
