Notifications from buyers

Hi Team,

I am having issues getting notifications from buyers, on my android phone, i have followed the help instructions on ebay, and everything is ticked as it should be and lso on my android phone..

I have tapped on push notifications on ebay and all get is "something wrong" as per the attached picture.

Any help would be appreciated, as i am missing offer notifications. 🤬

Hi @adib40, thanks for your post.

Just to confirm, did you try deleting and reinstalling the app? If you could also confirm the eBay app version you have on your device, and your device model with its software version, I'd be happy to take a look for you no problem.

Thanks for the response and advice i have reinstalled the app, and i have been able to reset the notifications, so i will see what happens going forward, and will back if its not working thanks again
