Notification to seller that an item has sold

Question

Until recently eBay would email me every time that one of my items had sold. These notifications appear to have ceased without warning

The first I knew that my last item had sold was when the buyer messaged me to say that it had not been received.

Has anyone else experienced this? Do we now have to check our active listings daily for items which have sold? Of course I now do this, but it seems to be a step backwards by eBay.

Yes, same here, sold two items over the weekend and wasn't notified in any way. I think that there's some kind of glitch going on, all of my communication preferences haven't been changed and are good.

May I ask what device/browser you're using?

If you sell on ebay, I am surprised that you do not look at the summary at least on a daily basis, to see what if any actions are required.

You should get them, check your preferences in your my account section to make sure nothing turned off. Also check spam folders etc to see if they going there instead?
