Not using postage label

Discussion interactions are currently paused.

I sold something with 'Seller pays postage'. I send the item with another so never downloaed or used the postal label .
Yet Ebay is still charging me for the postage.

How can I get that charge cancelled or refunded. I am not using thje postage label.

First you have to add the tracking number otherwise you won't get a refund.

To mark the item as dispatched open the original Simple Delivery label. Then add the new tracking number via View Order Details > Postage > Track Package > dropdown arrow > Add Tracking. That has to be done on a desktop browser.

Afterwards you can cancel the original label here:
