Not received item
I purchased two boxes of cat food over a week ago they didn't arrive ebay has given me a refund but for only one box so how do I get the refund for the other box ebay say the not received case is now closed so what do I do now any advice would be greatly appreciated

Mentor10 months agoWas there a different tracking number for the other box or did the seller just send two orders in one box?
If you have two order numbers you needed to open two cases, or explain to ebay that the seller used one tracking for two orders.
