Not received Goods at all. Seller will not reply to any of my messages
I’ve bought two ear wax machine cleaners. They have not arrived at all sent message to seller three times not replied. I request a full refund on both of them. I did tell The said if they were to arrive I will be sending him back but at the moment, I’ve not received them.

Mentor1 month agoYou need to read, and use if necessary, the ebay money back guarantee. Do not refuse the packages. If they arrive after the expected delivery date you can send them back using the money back guarantee.

Mentor1 month agoOn every listing apart from Classified ads, is eBay's 30 day MBG money Back Guarantee policy explaining what you need to do when this happens.
You do not need to message the seller anymore, but just proceed this way:
As the seller is not being helpful, go right of the item purchased, and from More Actions select.... I Have Not Received My Item.
If you are not fully refunded within 3 days, you must escalate the case on day 4 or within 30 days from opening the case, and eBay will step in and force the refund.
Do not close the case early for any excuse or promise the seller may give, and do not forget to escalate.
