Not received an item
I wonder if anyone can please help. I ordered an item on April, I haven't received it. I have contacted the seller on numerous occasions and they haven'tresponded. I wanted to tell ebay because this could be happening to other buyers using this seller, but I don't seem able to as it states not covered by ebay money back guarantee. I think it's too late for me, but is he a reputable seller?

When you paid and purchased the item you would have received an estimated delivery date to activate eBays money back gaurantee yo need to claim that the item hadn't been received within 30 days. As it is well outside this time frame ebay are correct its not covered now with eBay under their MBG.
I suspect and it depends on when in April you ordered this item you may be sailing close to the wind to approach your payment provider to see if they can assist, you only have 120 days.

OP1 week agoI did it straight away. It kept saying they were away, giving different dates.

OP1 week agoThat is what I thought I needed to do. He put up different dates he was away and stupidly I trusted him. I really just want to warn others and ebay but I don't know how too.

Mentor1 week agoHe is probably a seller that relies on buyers not using the ebay money back guarantee. That doesn't necessarily make him a bad seller.

OP1 week agoIt makes him bad if he doesn't have the decency to reply. Who knows how many people he has done this too!
