Not paid as tracking states out for delivery but buyer has received good

Hi what do I do here ? Item is delivered but tracking states out for delivery since 5/9 ?

You are a new seller so your payouts may be held a little longer, eBay wish not only to see that items have been delivered, but no returns for refunds are consequently opened.

eBay made this announcement last year as to how payouts are made:

From 6 August 2025, we’re also making it easier and faster for our more experienced sellers to receive their funds. This means you can get your funds within 24 hours of the buyer paying. To qualify for faster payment, all you’ll need to do is:

Complete at least 10 sales with a total of £150 or more within the last 5 years
Maintain 2 or fewer cases in the last 12 months

You can't do anything about a mismatch with tracking, it happens a lot and usually corrects itself.

You just have to wait. When you qualify money is released within 24 hours, even before posting.
