Not meeting requirements for shop

I've just received a message from ebay saying "after re-evaluating your eBay seller status, we see that you’re not meeting these requirements...To continue with your eBay Shop, we need you to meet the criteria within the next 60 days. If you don’t meet these requirements, your eBay Shop subscription will be lowered to the Anchor shop level."
I have checked my account and I am an above average seller with no red flags. Also, I have a Basic shop so do not see how I can be downgraded to an Anchor shop.
Surely this must be an error. Any advice as to what I should do would be most welcome.
