Not happy with ebay
Bought some thing and seller has no intention of sending it but eBay will still make me wate even though it’s over the day it ment to arrive and it’s not even been sent and trying to speak to someone from eBay it’s hard enough as it is this service is absolutely horrible and I wouldn’t recommend u to anyone

Mentor7 months agoCases are timed to the second so exactly one day, exactly 24 hours need to pass the item's last estimated date for delivery, for you to be able to open a case for item not received, you may be trying a little too early.
Tomorrow, proceed this way:
If the seller is not being helpful, go right of the item purchased, and from More Actions select.... I Have Not Received My Item.
If you are not fully refunded within 3 days, you must escalate the case on day 4 or within 30 days from opening the case, and eBay will step in and force the refund.
Do not close the case early for any excuse or promise the seller may give, and do not forget to escalate.

Mentor7 months agoEbay will get you your money back but you have to follow the process.
There are no exceptions.
