Not had this happen before, what are my options?
I have bought many rugs for the family ponies, over the years on ebay and they have always been excellent and exactly as described, however, this is not the case on the 2 that arrived Friday, they were for my daughter and granddaughter's ponies, they took them down Saturday morning when they went down to do the chores, and I was surprised when the came home for lunch, and said that the rugs were rather tight around the necks, and the tail flap on one was really small, but they had turned them out in them. When I went down to get them in at tea time, I could see that these rugs were not the same as the ones shown in the listing photos, the only similarity was the colour, the make and design is completely different, hence the necks being too tight, and tail flaps being to small, so, I am wondering what I can do about it? Have I lost the right to complain and get my money back since they have been worn? And if this is the case, should I go to trading standards with it? I would be grateful to know if anyone else has had this problem and how the handled it, many thanks lyn

Mentor10 months agoYou should really have returned them unworn, or at worst, after trying on.
On the other hand you did not get what what listed so can try using the ebay money back guarantee.
