Not had item back
I sold a £10 jacked, the person said he hasn't received it,i have Royal Mail tracking saying returned twice and then received,I have not had the coat back, ebay issued a refund although I sent them the tracking number.
I even sent ebay a message before I sent it asking them to add the tracking number to the listing as I sent it Royal Mail not click and collect.
They closed the case,I will not let this go,no coat and £10 lost.
Been with ebay for over 20 years,100% feedback, your a joke ebay,no more,if this isn't sorted the account will be closed.

·10 months agoIf Ebay refunded the buyer from your money because you didn't use Simple Delivery and had not added the tracking, then you can appeal the result of the case.
How to appeal a case
You can appeal cases that were "closed without seller resolution" from the transaction defect report in your Seller Dashboard.

·10 months agoI don't understand why you are expecting to get the coat back.
If the tracking shows delivery to your buyer's address, you can either appeal Ebay's decision using the link I sent, or you can contact the buyer and ask them to pay again, or you can offer to provide them with a label to return the coat to you.
Just to check I have not misunderstood, when you wrote, 'i have Royal Mail tracking saying returned twice and then received', do you mean the tracking shows the coat was received by the buyer or you?
