Not delivered???
I ordered items... didn't receive them, contacted the seller who looked into it. They finally decided that based upon the tracking my items had been delivered.
To a "safe place"... I don't have a "safe place" to leave items in!
eBay have taken the seller's word for the status as delivered & as such have closed the issue I raised.
What on earth am I supposed to do now?

Ebay is not taking the sellers word, they are taken evidence of tracked delivery. if they did not the whole point of tracking would be defeated, and nobody would sell.

Mentor3 weeks agoIf the seller has tracking to show item has been delivered, then I'm afraid eBay has to take the word of the courier, sellers pay extra for a tracking service.
Safe places unfortunately are those which a courier may deem to be safe . Was it Royal Mail? Ask your postman where they left it.
Items do get stolen, sad fact, you can try your payment provider or house insurance if contacting the courier brings no joy.
