Not allowed to sell lithium-ion batteries?
So have been able to view rechargeable lithium- ion batteries for sale on ebay, being sold without any devices. I want to sell some but ebay won't let me unless I sell them with a device for use with them. My question therefore is how others are able to sell the batteries by themselves and I am not? I appreciate any advice anyone has for me, thank you.
