not agree dispute resolution
Buyer filled a dispute and ebay refunded him as the item has been delivered and the customer used the item for 28 days and then he wants to return nd needs a full refund as i am providing him the after sales services but he is not co-operating then filled a wrong dispute from bank with the reason of item not match the description. if the description is wrong then he has to return the item brand new without using but buyer used the item for some days and then wants to take a refund.
As its all wrong and false.
after the resolution i contacted ebay and they said do a small court case or citizenadvice something like that.
Thats not fare if the buyer filled a bank dispute on ebay then ebay refund him his amount and does not ask him to return the goods.
customers contact number is switched off there is no whatsapp.how do we contact.
as its a totally loss to sell items on ebay.
there is no seller protection bank protect their customer but ebay does not protect their.
Now ebay does not have any option for seller and the customer is not responding for returning the item as he received the full refund

Mentor5 months agoYes it's disappointing but there is no seller protection from bank/credit card chargebacks. The seller always ends up refunding and the buyer keeps the item.
It's one of the biggest scandals with ebay processes.
