Not accepting photo for a return
Im trying to return an item but it requires a photo for me to do this. Im trying to attach a photo but it keeps refusing the attachment as it says it needs to be a jpeg. My photo says it is a jpeg in the details. Unsure why the photo wont upload and why its so difficult!
