Not able to update Ebay pre-populated Simple Delivery Tracking Number

Ebay pre-populated my sold item with a Simple Delivery Tracking number - I have actually posted the item First Class Next Delivery with Signature but not able to amend or update the original tracking number as it doesn't give me an option to amend or update. What can i do?

You won't be able to update the tracking number, but can let your buyer know what it is via an eBay message.

If an eBay item not received claim is opened you can add the tracking number to it.

Because you didn't use the Simple Delivery that the buyer paid for, they'll be refunded for that within 30 days.
