Not able to return any items
Hello, im an active Ebay user, but my ebay account has some sort of block on it, not allowing me to retun an item, its simply not letting me proceed through the app, it keeps telling me to contact seller, even on items which are eligible for return. Does Ebaya stop you from processing a return if its they think you have return too many lol?

Mentor3 months agoIt would help us to answer your question if you tell us more about when you bought these items, and your reason for wanting to return them.
It's very rare for eBay to put a block on a buyer to prevent them from claiming refunds. I think this only happens after multiple misuse of eBay's money back guarantee - but your feedback suggests that you've probably only bought one item in the last six months anyway.
The more usual reasons why a buyer can't return an item is that it's outside the returns window, or the seller doesn't accept returns. Ditto, money back guarantee cases usually only fail if the buyer has left it to late to claim, or to escalate a case for eBay to step in.

Have you opened lots of cases?
