Not a question but a shoutout
Just wanted to give a small shout out to Anand in ebay chat support. He helped me out with a refund issue today, very quick and very polite. Almost instantly helped me and explained what was happening without talking down to me. Very nice and helpful and I am super grateful for his assistance today :) put my mind at ease concerning my order
