Not a good look!
I ordered an item which was allegedly delivered to the wrong address. The seller promptly went out of business and I was refunded half of the amount and the case was closed without the opportunity to appeal. This happened more than 30 days ago but what is the point in purchasing from ebay if that is the level of protection it offers?
