Norther Ireland buyer
My buyer is in Norther Ireland and says he can’t pay - I didn’t exclude Northern Ireland from countries not sure how to resolve this?? Any ideas?

For some reason since Simple Delivery became mandatory for Private Sellers, N. Ireland has been grouped into Europe, and this also causes issues when Evri is selected as a postage option.
Deleting Evri as an option and unticking Europe as somewhere you wish to post to, may help this buyer pay, and future sales to N.Ireland and indeed the Channel Isles fall under this umbrella too.
For your current buyer, placing him on your buyer exemption list may help too.

Mentor9 months agoIf you use Evri the problem may be that they charge Europe rates for NI, whereas Royal Mail charge the same as UK. You could cancel the transaction and relist after opting out of using Evri for the buyer to buy again.
