Although the issue has been resolved, the error still appears monthly for this product, leaving the item in standby mode , and I can't do anything about it.
Who can fix this problem?

OP2 months agoAsk the seller to send you a screenshot with your address from his "orders" tab. The screenshot will at least clarify the situation.... just a thought.

You should also upgrade to business seller account, you are already on ebay radar.

- If you look at my listing, you'll see that the product is already for sale(just an EDC toy, no blades, no knifes, no deadly weapons ); the problem is that I have an identical listing that I can't delete or edit.
The product in question is not subject to UK legislation regarding the sale of knives. It's just a technical glitch with eBay's AI.
