Non-used SD Postage labels - void/refund?
Hello! I'm using Simple Delivery paid for by me (seller)
A buyer bought 17 items (separately as they were Best Offers)
I split them into 5 parcels, generating and using 5 of the labels.
Ebay is holding my funds because it thinks the items are not dispatched/received.
I can't see how to void the unused labels - I never generated them so do I need to do that in order to then claim a refund? Or Void them? (I can't find how to claim a refund either - I found it the other day but can't now!)
I've tried the Seller Hub but no option in there too (now I can't find the Hub either - no wonder everyone's telling me Vinted is much easier!)
I can't even find the option to upload tracking numbers (of the 5 labels I used to the non label-generated items)
Does this make sense?!
Everything Ebay Help has said, isn't where it says it is! Help please!

Mentor10 months agoYou need to generate/open the unused labels to mark the items as dispatched. Then see if you can add the tracking numbers via View Order Details > Postage > Track Package > dropdown arrow > Add Tracking. That has to be done on a desktop browser.
You can only get a refund for the unused labels if the items are sent tracked, ie. if it accepts the tracking number being added to the combined items. Then you can cancel them here:

OP10 months ago- I'm still trying to do it on my phone (the Help does say you can use the
App/My Ebay and the Seller Hub but nothing is easy to find!)
Possibly I'm not getting the options because I didn't generate the unwanted
labels. The one I did earlier, by accident, won't do anything - 'technical
issue' I'm going to assume that's because ebay sometimes takes a while to
update!
Thanks again!
