Non reimbursed payment after goods being returned.
Summary: decameronlights expressed frustration over a lack of reimbursement after returning LED bulbs to a seller. They suspect the seller is using delay tactics and have received no specifics on the case opened against them. tobiasd4 advised escalating the issue through eBay to resolve the problem and suggested ignoring the seller's delay tactics.
Hello. I recently returned some g9 led bulbs I wasn't happy with during the returnable allocated time. The Chinese seller in receiving the returned goods has opened up a case against me of which there are no specifics. In chat with the seller I'm constantly told my query will be dealt with and has been sent to another dept.
I think this is just tactics to prevent my reimbursement.
I have prove of returned goods but unfortunately no reimbursement of payment. Any suggestions on how I should deal with such a seller? Thanks Moray

Mentor1 month agoThere is no case a seller can open against a buyer except for Non payment so he is just giving you nonsense.
If not already done, open a Not As Described case before you run out of time. That is what seller is hoping for, as you do not get refunds, by asking politely.

Ignore seller, they are delaying you.
