Non payment following refund, missing item now received by buyer | Member To Member Support

Hi I posted an item to buyer on 14.11.25 by Royal Mail tracked 24. It wasn’t delivered as of 22/11 and no tracking update from Royal Mail. So as buyer was unhappy to wait any longer I issued a full refund with their agreement to pay again for the item if it subsequently turned up. Royal Mail delivered it to buyer on 5.12.25, tracking confirmed. I’ve messaged buyer twice on 5/12 & today asking them to get in touch to arrange payment or return if they don’t want to pay. So far the buyer is not responding, and as they have had two non payment strikes previously I’m feeling they probably won’t. The item cost £100 so is a significant amount. Has anyone any experience of similar situation and any suggestions?Thanks
