Non payment by buyers with zero feedback.

I have been selling on eBay for more many years. Almost 100% of buyers have paid and been satisfied. For one particular item however, I have sold 3 times, all to buyers with no feedback, none have paid and I have had to cancel. Some of the buyers are no longer registered. I am suspicious of a scam. What is going on? How do I get eBay to investigate? Can I exclude bidders with no feedback?

For members ' no longer registered' this means eBay have removed their selling / buying rights or both, and they don't do this lightly.

You were probably right to suspect a scam.

You can't necessarily block zero f/b buyers but you can tighten your buyer preferences on here:

http://offer.ebay.co.uk/ws/eBayISAPI.dll?BuyerBlockPreferences

make selection, tick "Apply above settings to active and future listings" at the bottom and then submit.
